Pandora Hearts

I'm a huge Alice In Wonderland themed fan, so this seemed like the prefect anime for me. I really enjoyed the whole anime apart from the end which sort of just...ended. There was nothing that made it amazing, in fact it never really ended since it didn't give any of the questions answers. Alice never found all of her memories which as far as I thought was what the whole anime was about. It had a pretty serious story line but also a lot of cheesey jokes to lighten the mood, the characters I felt were well developed and the idea was a pretty interesting one. In my opinion any gender could watch it, there are hints at romance but hardly any thing and there is fighting and a complex story line. Apparently there is supposed to be another season that clears it all up, I've done some research into this but don't seem to be able to get anywhere with it. Hopefully by the looks of it according to certain comments it was said that the season two was supposed to be released this year but it hasn't been confirmed. But I'd still suggest it to anyone who likes the style of Alice In Wonderland or set in an older age (like kuroshisuji). I know for sure that if they don't release a second season then I'm definitely going to start reading the manga.

MM!

Haven't been on here for a while so since I just finished an anime I thought I would post a review on it as the first post of the new year. Well, here goes. MM! is a comedy anime about a boy who has a masochistic problem with girls, it is pretty stupid really but it was also enjoyable. Each episode was different to the last with really no links to the previous episodes in any way. Its lacking in seriousness and has quiet a bit of ecchi in it. I enjoyed it a lot as it was pretty funny and all the characters had problems but they weren't depressing and almost everything went over the top. Mio has a really bad god complex and the main characters best freind likes to cross dress and even the "bad" problems are hardly focused on in a upsetting way. Its entertaining and pretty short (at only 12 episodes) so you can't get bored of it the only problem I had was that it ended with no real ending, as far as I can tell their should be a seacond season coming up as nothing is "achieved" through this one.

I don't think its for young young children but I'd say any age from 13 up or really mature 12 year olds, as there is not really a clear age defining there also isn't much of a line between genders. Although it is based around a male main character he is always surrounded by girls and its a comedy so as far as I can tell it isn't aimed at either of the genders specifically. But due to the fact that I'm a girl and can watch pretty much anything I can't be sure about what boys like watching.
